Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications and collaboration platform provider for the modern global enterprise, today announced an expansion of its Global Partner Program, which will empower select partners to deliver Fuze professional services. The company also announced that it will host a Professional Services Partner Summit this month, from October 15-17, 2018, in Boston.

Through the Fuze Global Partner Program (GPP) for Professional Services, certified partners are able to deliver quality professional services and rapid service deployments for the Fuze platform. Partners will deliver solutions and provide individualized consultation and guidance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The program enables partners to cross-sell their services as part of the Fuze deployment to boost renewal rates and add business value by strengthening the implementation process.

Key program benefits include:

  • Extensive curriculum of self-paced and tutor-led training courses

  • Tools and resources to enable partners to deliver enterprise-level implementation experience to end user customers

  • Access to Fuze-sourced professional services opportunities

  • Support from a team of subject matter experts

This month’s Professional Services Partner Summit is the first event of the Fuze GPP. The event, which includes global partners from North America and EMEA, will help members learn how to increase profitability and discover new tools and methods for enhanced delivery of Fuze services. The summit will also discuss what’s next for Fuze and the GPP.

“As the communications and collaboration market continues to be a growth opportunity for the channel, we’re launching the Fuze GPP for Professional Services to ensure that our partners maintain excellent customer satisfaction during and after deployments,” said Chris Doggett, Chief Sales Officer, Fuze. “The program also supports Fuze’s overall growth strategy to empower our partners to accelerate deployments, improve end-user productivity and end-user experiences, and provide cost savings by leveraging the Fuze unified collaboration platform.”

In February, Fuze announced the expansion of its Global Partner Program to include the option for select partners to resell its solution. The initiative is an integral part of the company’s international growth strategy, which rewards partners who collaborate with Fuze and help extend the company’s reach in key territories, including: North America; UK and Europe; Australia; New Zealand; and South Africa.

“Strengthening our relationship with Fuze, a leader in enterprise unified communications, has had a tremendous impact on our value-add to customers,” said Kevin Scully, Managing Director, 2020 Teknology. “Specifically, our partnership with Fuze has provided greater focus to the sales team and increased professional services revenue.”
